【Charge process】 1.Connect the charger with power,then the red power indicator lights up,which indicates that the power connection is normal; 2.Connect the 2 cells or 3cells Li-polymer battery with charging ports of charger respectively or simultaneously,then the green charging indicator flashes and it indicates the battery is on charge; 3.Green indicator stops flashes shows that the battery is full.

Charging Precautions： 1.After connecting the power,the red indicator would get light,otherwise, it indicates that power connection goes wrong;(fig 1) 2.Green indicator would flash after connecting the battery with charger, which indicates that battey is on charge. If green and red indicators flash simultaneously,it indicates the error with battery, please check whether the battery has been damaged; If green indicator goes out and red indicator flashes, it shows that the charger is under protection mode,please disconnect the power for 3 seconds and switch the power on again; 3.Green indicator gets constant light after the charge finished. If the battery has not been unplugged for a long time after charge finished,the battery would be recharged when single battery voltage is lower than 4.15V after self discharge. Also, this procedure will circulate,make sure the battery is in saturated state;(fig 2) 4.Keep it away from children and take the battery out from the helicopter while charging. 5.Fire or serious injury would be resulted in under certain conditions.so please follow the instructions and never leave equipment unattended while charging; 6.Keep the battery charged in cool and ventilating place and be away from heat source,flammable and explosible materials;

Individual voltage balancer for Lithium batteries

B6V9 has an individual cell voltage balancer inside. So it does not need any balancer separately when charging Lithium batteries (LiIo/LiPo/LiFe) for voltage balancing.

Accept various types of Lithium battery

B6V9 can accept three types of Lithium batteries - LiIo, LiPo and LiFe. They have different characteristics by their chemistry. You can select any one of them that you are going to process before the job. For their specifications, refer 'Warnings and safety notes' section.

Lithium battery 'Fast' and 'Storage' mode

You can charge Lithium battery for special purposes. 'Fast' charge reduces the charging time of Lithium battery and 'Storage' mode controls the final voltage of the battery to be suit for long time storage.

Maximum safety

Delta-peak sensitivity : The automatic charge termination program works on the principle of the Delta-peak voltage detection. (NiCd/NiMH)

Auto-charge current limit : When charging NiCd or NiMH at 'AUTO' current mode, you can set the upper limit of charge current to avoid from feeding high current to the battery. This is very useful when charging the low impedance and small capacity NiMH battery in 'AUTO' mode.

Capacity limit : The charging capacity always calculated by multiple of the charging current and time. If the charging capacity exceeds the limit the process will be terminated automatically when you set the maximum value.

Data store/load

For users convenience it can store maximum 5 data of different batteries. You can establish the data contains program setting of the battery to charge or discharge continually. These data can be called out at any time you need and the process can be executed without program setting.

PC based analysis using USB communication

Especially, the charging algorithm is so multifarious that you can select the best program to suit your requirement. And BC8DX has a large LCD for showing various informations including charge/discharge graphs during the process.

High-power dual output circuit

BC8DX employs the circuit that features two totally independent but identical high-power outputs which are powered as much as 160watts each. As a result, it can charge or discharge up to 44 cells of NiCd/NiMH or 16 series of Lithium batteries simultaneously. Furthermore, the twin-fan cooling system is so efficient that can hold such a power without any trouble of running the circuit.

Dual Individual voltage balancer for Lithium batteries

Every operating program in the unit is controlled with mutual links and communications to prevent every possible error, so it introduces the maximum safety, such as input voltage warning, reverse polarity protection and Lithium cell-count input error warning.

High-power and high-performance circuit

B610A employs the circuit that has maximum output power of 200Watts. As a result, it can charge or discharge up to 18 cells of NiCd/NiMH and 6 series of Lithium batteries with maximum current of 10A. Furthermore, the cooling system is so efficient that can hold such a power without any trouble of running the circuit or the operating program.

Individual voltage balancer for Lithium batteries inside

B610A has an individual-cell-voltage balancer inside. So it does not need any balancer separately when charging Lithium batteries (LiIo/LiPo/LiFe) for cell voltage balancing.

** When the 'Balance charge' mode being performed, the balancing adapter should be connected to the balancing tab of battery pack, as well as the charger's charging lead should be connected to the output of battery pack.

And also, please pay attention to the polarity of the battery pack's output which goes to the charger's output. If it is reversed, the short-circuit can be happened on the battery pack.

Accept various types of Lithium battery

BC8 can accept three types of Lithium batteries - LiIo, LiPo and LiFe. They have different characteristics by their chemistry. You can select any one of them that you are going to process before the job.

TWO-METER is a very sophisticated electronic device that controlled by high performance microprocessor and precise resistors. It has three functions of ‘watt-meter’, ‘battery checker’ and self-balancer. Those functions are essential for electric flyers to ensure safe battery condition and to measure the electric consumptions of the power system.
